They are highly social dogs that form deep bonds with their families and benefit greatly from being included in household activities.</p><p>At Tipsy Rabbit, we emphasize balanced breeding—our dogs are bred to perform at high levels yet seamlessly transition into home life. Providing them with a cozy bed and safe space (kennel) indoors helps them feel secure and happy. Before heading home, we complete each puppy’s AKC registration and AKC Reunite lifetime microchip enrollment, ensuring all the i’s are dotted and t’s are crossed.</p><p>Puppies also go home with a thoughtfully packed starter kit to support a smooth transition. Suddenly, that perfect puppy feels like a handful.</p><p>This transition is completely normal.</p><h3>Understanding Your Puppy’s Perspective</h3><p>Your puppy has spent their entire life in the breeder’s home—surrounded by their mother, littermates, and a familiar routine. Overnight, they’re taken to a brand-new environment with unfamiliar people, sounds, smells, and expectations.
