Maverick – Strength, Precision, and Heart

Maverick is the epitome of athleticism and grace, with a lean, muscular build and exceptional structure that he consistently passes to his pups. A natural in the field, he has an unwavering point and drive, inherited from his sire, Riden High Rudy, a decorated field champion with 17 titles. While he enjoys the water, his true brilliance shines on land, where his keen nose and sharp instincts make him a standout.

Beyond his working abilities, Maverick is the steadfast guardian of our home, balancing quiet confidence with a goofy charm that keeps us smiling. A true Velcro dog, he’s fiercely loyal to his family, with an unmistakable presence that commands respect.

Maverick has been issued a CHIC (Canine Health Information Center) number, reflecting our commitment to health, structure, and genetic soundness in every generation we produce.

Charlie – Grit, Grace & Heart

A true South Dakota Duchess, Charlie comes from Missouri River Kennels in the heart of South Dakota pheasant country. With unwavering prey drive and sharp instincts, she excels in locating, trailing, and retrieving game—fearless in the field and just as powerful in the water.

At home, Charlie is the peacekeeper of the pack, using her maternal instincts to nurture and maintain harmony. But don’t let her gentle side fool you—she has a competitive spirit a mile wide, whether hunting, retrieving, or training in dock diving alongside her son, Goose.

With her big personality and endless charm, Charlie is a devoted companion, a fierce hunter, and a loving mother—carrying on the legacy of our treasured boys, Tex & Maverick.

Charlie has undergone a comprehensive DNA and health panel, screening for cone degeneration and von Willebrand’s Disease, ensuring she is clear of these inherited conditions. In addition, she has completed OFA screening of her hips and elbows, further supporting her sound structure and suitability for breeding.

Goose – Speed, Drive & Heart

 

Goose, originally Payback from our TopDog litter, was destined to stay with us. A natural athlete, he inherited Maverick’s build, Charlie’s nose, and Tex’s drive—making him a fearless competitor in both the field and the water.

With powerful haunches and unmatched enthusiasm, Goose took to dock diving instantly, earning his Dock Master title in his very first competition. Whether retrieving, tracking, or chasing birds, he moves with purpose and intensity, always eager to please.

At home, he’s just as happy snuggling as he is sprinting—his infectious energy, wiggle butt, and endless enthusiasm make him an irreplaceable part of our pack.

Goose has completed all OFA testing except for hips and elbows, which will be finalized in April. He is set to be bred with Remington High Society in May, and we’re excited to see his incredible traits carry on.

Remi – Elegance, Devotion & Heart

Remi, The Tipsy Rabbit's first guardian female, is the perfect blend of athleticism, intelligence, and devotion. With her elegant frame and powerful movement, she excels in scent work, fieldwork, and dock diving, showcasing both skill and enthusiasm. Her keen instincts and sharp mind make training a breeze, and she thrives on both mental and physical challenges.

Beyond her abilities, Remi is deeply loyal and affectionate, always eager to be part of the action yet just as happy curled up with her family. She brings a gentle confidence to the pack, effortlessly balancing grace and drive.

We are thrilled to announce that Remi will be paired with Goose for a much-anticipated summer litter. With their exceptional structure, intelligence, and versatility, we expect this pairing to produce outstanding GSPs ready for adventure, companionship, and competition.

Valley – Poise, Power & Heart

Meet Valentine, or Valley, the youngest member of our pack. Hailing from Alvarado Farm’s Kennel, she carries strong Heritage bloodlines, promising a muscular build, natural retrieval instincts, and the boundless endurance that defines the GSP breed.

Playful, affectionate, and full of personality, Valley is as charming as she is spirited—always ready to steal your heart (and your snacks!). She’s already showing a love for water, impressive recall, and a competitive drive that’s quickly growing.

Currently working toward her AKC Canine Good Citizen (CGC) title, Valley is proving to be intelligent, athletic, and eager to learn. With conformation training underway and dock diving on the horizon, we’re excited to watch this raven beauty reach her full potential!

Valley will undergo OFA health screenings once she reaches the appropriate age to ensure she meets the highest standards for health and soundness.

Lexi – The Heart of our Pack

Lexi, an original pack member, found her way to us through rescue while we lived in Phoenix, AZ—and from day one, she made it clear she had chosen us. As an English Pointer mix (aka an honorary GSP), she may not share the same pedigree, but she absolutely shares the spirit, energy, and loyalty that define our pack.

Once timid and unsure, Lexi blossomed with time, love, and guidance from our family and packmates. Though still shy with new faces, she’s full of playful personality and keeps the younger dogs in line, especially when there’s a litter in the house. On off-leash walks, she leads by example, showing the younger dogs the way. A loyal, steady presence, Lexi remains the heart of our pack, and we wouldn’t have it any other way.

In Loving Memory of Shotgun Tex

Tex was our first GSP—the one who started it all. He came into our lives at full speed and never slowed down, completing our family in ways we never could have imagined. A natural retriever with endless endurance, Tex excelled at long-distance running and took every command to heart. Yet, at the end of the day, he was simply a bundle of GSP love, always ready to snuggle after a hard day’s work.

Tex lived and loved BIG, and far too soon, he crossed the Rainbow Bridge. If love alone could have saved you, buddy, you would have lived forever.
